Our story

As my abuela used to say, "everything starts small, but with passion, everything can grow." And let me tell you, EStaff + is living proof of that.

When Marco Michaud, our founder, started his career, he didn't see himself becoming a pillar of the IT reseller industry. He simply wanted to do software development — write code, build smart tools. But as often happens in life, paths are never straight.

Between projects, he started offering IT support to a few companies in his region. Then he thought: while offering support... why not sell products too? A logical decision. But what he quickly realized was that margins were thin, very thin. Too thin to survive long-term without a differentiating asset.

And that asset, he already had in his hands: automation. Marco likes to say he is "a productive lazy person" – if a task can be done by a computer, then it should be entrusted to a computer. That's how his first idea was born: automating the download of distributor price lists. Back then, some came on floppy disks or CD-ROMs!

Then came the idea of integrating them into accounting software... automatically, of course. And from there, a light went on: what if we offered this technology to other resellers like him, in the regions, who lack resources but not talent?

That's how EStaff + was born, in 2008, with a single mission at first — giving small IT resellers a head start with automated, simple, and powerful tools.

Our first big challenge? Convincing the market. But our pivotal moment came during a presentation to a room full of seasoned resellers. One of them told us:

¡Qué bueno! That day, we knew we had something unique.

Since then, we've integrated over a hundred members of the Millenium Micro Group, and each demonstration remains a moment of pure pleasure. We love seeing IT experts look amazed, like children in front of a new gadget.
