The situation
Local businesses depend on their local reseller. And those resellers are closing one by one.
When a small business needs a laptop tomorrow morning, a configured server, or an answer in French at 4:45 pm, it is the local reseller who answers. Not a big-box store, not a foreign website. Every reseller that closes takes a piece of that service quality with it, and nobody replaces it.
What we believe
We believe that small local IT resellers are essential to the quality of service that small and medium businesses, the engine of our economy, receive, and we refuse to watch them disappear in the face of big-box stores. We want to change that trajectory.
