User licences
Each licence gives access to everything the company's plan includes, except what is removed below. A licence never adds anything to the plan.
The Solo plan is limited to 1 user. Additional licences are added to the Junior and Standard plans.

EStaff Standard
A Junior user keeps the Junior plan's limits, even when the company is on the Standard plan.
Workstation licence specifics
- Tied to a device, not to a person
- Can assign a quote or a customer order to another user
- Spec sheet: can show another user's contact information
- Sign-in through a unique authentication URL, without MFA
- Only one workstation signed in at a time

Licence pricing: graduated by tier
Each Junior or Standard plan includes 3 user licences. From the 4th on, each licence is billed at the price of the tier it falls in.

Price per licence, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. Tiers are counted separately for each licence type. No Limited licence is included in the plan.

One price, whatever the quantity. No Workstation licence is included in the plan.

How graduated pricing works
The price drops from one tier to the next, but only for the licences that fall into that tier. Licences in earlier tiers keep their price. It works like income tax brackets.
Example: 12 Standard licences

Going to 10 licences does not lower the price of licences 4 to 9. Only licences 10 and up get the $54 price.
